Subscribili has acquired Stream Dental, a software company focused on referral and specialty performance management within dental practices and Dental Support Organizations (DSOs). The acquisition includes the appointment of Stream Dental co-founder Santosh Patel as Subscribili’s new chief revenue officer.
According to the company, Stream Dental’s platform includes capabilities such as referral capture and tracking, CRM functionality, multichannel patient engagement, specialist applications for clinical collaboration, enterprise analytics, and compliance tools. Subscribili stated that integrating these features is intended to support dental practices by improving referral workflows, generating recurring revenue, and enhancing patient experience.
Santosh Patel, who also co-founded Complete Specialty Solutions, will lead Subscribili’s revenue strategy, overseeing sales, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts across dental and broader healthcare markets. He will continue serving on the board and as a strategic advisor for Complete Specialty Solutions.
