Dental professionals and industry innovators are invited to attend a 2-day event that will combine a 1-day dental key opinion leader (KOL) boot camp with a 1-day experience involving innovations in dentistry, according to a July 28, 2025, press release from the Personify Group. The event, which will take place October 10 to 11, 2025, at the Family Office Towers in West Palm Beach, Florida, is designed for dental professionals who are looking to elevate their influence in the profession and innovators who are looking to disrupt the standard of care. This is a weekend for dentists, dental specialists, influencers, investors, vendors, and startups looking to drive innovation and thought leadership in oral health.
On day one, attendees will participate in an intensive workshop led by thought leaders Dr. Marty Jablow, Dr. Paul Feuerstein, and Dr. John Flucke. It is intended to provide dentists and other dental professionals with the skills and tools needed to become trusted KOLs and succeed. Among other topics, the workshop will cover credibility building, content creation, ethical brand collaboration, social media strategy, mentorship, and nonclinical and advisory opportunities.
“Dental KOLs play a pivotal role in driving innovation and improving clinical care,” says Dr. Jablow. “This boot camp is designed to give dental professionals the skills and confidence they need to take their leadership to the next level. With hands-on exercises and direct access to industry experts, attendees will leave with a personalized action plan to kickstart or elevate their KOL journey.”
Day two of the event will be a Dental Innovation Day hosted by global thought leader and healthcare workplace strategist, Holland Haiis, CAPP. The day, which is free to registrants of the KOL boot camp, will begin with 10 cutting-edge oral health startups pitching to accredited investors. Attendees will be able to rate the pitches in real time using an interactive polling system. In addition, there will also be ample networking opportunities with founders, investors, and fellow dental professionals. The day will conclude with an oral health fair in the afternoon. Innovations spotlighted during the day will include artificial intelligence, robotics, salivary diagnostics, biotechnology, and more.
“This is where the next wave of dental innovation meets those with the vision and expertise to amplify it,” says Haiis. “It’s an unprecedented opportunity for future KOLs to directly engage with startups eager for collaboration.”
