Health-E Commerce®, the parent company of FSA Store® and HSA Store®, announced a collaboration with The TeleDentists to offer virtual dental care services that can be purchased using flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) funds.
The initiative integrates teledentistry services into the existing FSA Store® and HSA Store® platforms, which focus exclusively on products and services eligible for tax-advantaged healthcare spending accounts. Through the collaboration, individuals can connect online with licensed dentists at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The TeleDentists platform is intended to support patients experiencing urgent dental concerns—such as tooth pain, swelling, infections, and related symptoms—when in-person dental visits may not be immediately available. The service operates through a secure, HIPAA-compliant system and is designed to connect patients with a dentist without requiring scheduled appointments.

According to the organizations, most users are connected with a dentist within minutes of initiating a consultation. During virtual visits, dentists evaluate symptoms, offer clinical guidance, and may prescribe non-narcotic medications when appropriate. Patients requiring in-person treatment can also receive referrals to local dental providers. The service is available nationwide.
