Dentsply Sirona plans to host the 2026 North America Orthodontic Symposium April 10 - 11 at the DS Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina. According to the company, the two-day educational program will bring together orthodontists, clinicians, and practice team members to explore digital workflows, aligner and wire therapies, and connected practice systems.
The company stated that the symposium is designed as an immersive educational experience focused on digital orthodontics and clinical application. Participants will take part in hands-on sessions featuring hybrid workflows, surgical and lingual workflows with robotically bent wires, digital laboratory integrations, and case planning simulations; eight hours of continuing education covering aligner and wire treatments, complex case management, and digital planning workflows; and workshops for treatment coordinators and team members addressing patient communication strategies, treatment acceptance, and digital workflow management.
Interactive discussions with peers and industry experts are also planned, with the goal of examining clinical precision and practice performance, according to the company.
Attendees will also have opportunities to work with the SureSmile digital platform through demonstrations, interactive sessions, and case reviews. According to the company, the program connects clinical concepts with measurable practice outcomes and is intended to support consistent treatment planning and improved workflow efficiency within orthodontic practices.
“This symposium reflects our broader vision of Connected Dentistry where digital technologies, clinical expertise, and collaboration come together to create predictable and efficient orthodontic workflows,” said Jill Uhryniak, group vice president, orthodontic and aligner solutions, at Dentsply Sirona. “By integrating SureSmile digital orthodontics into a seamless ecosystem, we are enabling orthodontic teams to move from isolated tools to connected workflows that elevate clinical confidence, enhance the patient journey, and drive long-term practice success.”
According to the company, the program will limit attendance to maintain an interactive learning environment. Orthodontic professionals and their teams are encouraged to register in advance.
